Just plain SLOPPY.

I see blue sky and rain clouds.

AM Report

Not a surf day here.

6-10 ft. - head high + to double overhead and poor conditions.

Poor and stormy conditions. Wind texture and SLOPPY.

Also, look at the Balboa street image, the water is dirty and is not recommended to surf for 3 days after a rain. If you've ever seen how dirty the bay is, you would heed this advice.

AM Report

Junky disorganized slop.
It is clear today with a very light onshore wind.

Air temp at 8Am is 56°.

While it might be possible to bag a wave or two I would say that for now OB is shut down.
It is NOT a surf day here.

Plus, since it rained hard yesterday the bay will have been pumped full of undesirable microbes, toxins and metals-eeew. You would be better off mountain biking in the headlands today.
