AM Report
Not a surf day here.
6-10 ft. - head high + to double overhead and poor conditions.
Poor and stormy conditions. Wind texture and SLOPPY.
Also, look at the Balboa street image, the water is dirty and is not recommended to surf for 3 days after a rain. If you've ever seen how dirty the bay is, you would heed this advice.

10:28 AM PST 0.36 feet Low Tide
6:10 PM PST 4.09 feet High Tide
10:13 PM PST 3.35 feet Low Tide
